Puffy was still curious about the mysterious egg he had found. He wondered what kind of bird would hatch from it. He decided to keep an eye on the egg and see what happened.
Days passed, and Puffy watched as the egg began to crack. He could hear faint chirping sounds coming from inside the egg. Finally, one day, the egg hatched, and out popped a tiny bird.
The bird was different from any other bird Puffy had ever seen. It had bright orange feathers and a long, curved beak. It looked up at Puffy with big, curious eyes.
“Hello there,” said Puffy. “Who are you?”
The bird chirped in response. Puffy realized that the bird was all alone on the island. It had no family or friends.
“Don’t worry,” said Puffy. “I’ll be your friend. We can explore the island together.”
The bird chirped happily, and Puffy knew that he had made a new friend. He decided to name the bird Orange, after its bright feathers.
Puffy and Orange spent their days exploring the island and having fun. They flew over the ocean, caught fish, and played games. Puffy was happy to have a new friend, and he knew that Orange was happy too.
What adventures will Puffy and Orange have on the island? Find out in the next chapter!
